A multi-combination (MC) driving license is required to drive any B-double or road train.

It is the highest license standard you can get and it is highly demanded in the transport industry and therefore one of the highest paid license classes.
There are some compulsory requirements for an MC driving license;
– You must have held HR or HC for at least one year
– You need to undertake a compulsory training course; and
– The course must be conducted by a registered trainer by the Department of Transport.

How to apply for an Multi-Combination (MC) license:

1. Go to an Department of Transport motor registry and:
– Provide a current photo license or other proof of identity that meets the Department of Transport requirements.
– Complete a license application form.
– Provide a completed medical report.
